Current-voltage sweep and analysis software
Description
This software works with Keithley 23X and 24XX series source meter units (SMUs) to perform common types of current-voltage characterization of two-terminal devices. It is designed to assist with the typical measurements performed at a probe station in an R&D environment.
The software below is offered as freeware for non-commercial use. For commercial license, please contact me.
Downloads
The software is available as a win32 binary. Self-extracting installers are provided (7-Zip SFX).
- Required libraries:
Self-extracting complete installer (193 MB)
- Includes all libraries above.
Requirements
- PC running Windows XP or newer
- The software libraries listed above, or compatible versions thereof, must also be installed.
- Keithley 23X or 24XX series SMU
- I have specifically used the software with models 236, 237, 238, and 2420.
- Supported GPIB or RS232 adapter
- Supported GPIB models include all modern NI adapters (e.g., GPIB-USB-HS, GPIB-USB-B, ...) as well as certain other makes (e.g., Agilent) with appropriate driver software installed.
- Any RS232 adapter that is supported by your Windows version should work, but appropriate drivers must be installed.
- Only 24XX-series instruments have RS232 ports; GPIB is required for 23X instruments.
